Today it was nice to have T137s and T65As Inner Islands viewing. Especially since there were gales south of us with five-to-six-foot seas.
They were very playful in the morning, multidirectional and just having fun. Later they seemed to have a purpose in their travels making their way south and eventually into the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
There were many sea birds to bee seen today. The sunlight catch9ng the beauty in the CORMORANTS eyes, a GLAUCOUS GULL CHICK, BLACK OYSTERCATCHERS, BALD EAGLES and more.
Towards the end of the second tour, we got to see the slightest bit of a chase after a seal but this was it as far as any killing taking place.
