The perfect holiday festival to spend time with family enjoying ice skating, snowless tubing, pictures with Santa, Christmas concerts shopping and of course Christmas lights.
Christmas in the Garden- Silverton, Ore. — Christmas in the Garden returns, featuring two local Salem vendors. Based on traditional European Christmas Markets, the event features over one million lights arranged in exciting displays, local vendors in an open-air market, photos with Santa, ice skating, snowless tubing, live music, Christmas concerts, and traditional food and drink.
The annual Christmas in the Garden festival is located on the grounds of The Oregon Garden and is open most dates from November 29, 2019 through January 5, 2020.
Christmas in the Garden will feature 12 artisan vendors including two local to Salem:

Rock N Canvas carries rock art including painted rocks, pebble art, rock bowls, planters and more.
From jewelry to oils and art to Christmas ornaments, our vendors will have many souvenirs for guests to cherish their time at Christmas in the Garden, including handmade items imported from Germany.
Along with local vendors, Christmas in the Garden will feature three family-friendly Christmas concerts, starring Michael Allen Harrison on December 1, Aaron Meyer the rock violinist December 8 and Lisa Landucci on December 15. In addition, Ringing in the New Year, Big Band Style will feature Blue Skies Big Band, swing dance lessons and more for adults 21+ on New Year’s Eve.
Ticket prices for Christmas in the Garden vary depending on the night, and kids 10 and under are always free. Tickets are available online, and pre-purchase is encouraged as peak nights sell out and ticket prices increase at the door. Season Passes are also available at a discounted price through November 28.
